Due to the success of the Coppeneur Limited Edition Porcelana Bars from Mexico and Venezuela, Coppeneur has come along with something special again. This time a limited edition Porcelana bar from Peru called "Apotequil". "Apotequil" is a rare Porcelana growing in the Peruvian region of Cuzco not far from the legendary Inca village of Machu Picchu. In Inca culture, Apotequil is the god of lightning. Because the harvest was small, rather than running the roasted beans through the Coppeneur winnowing machine, we had to peel the beans by hand.
