Placing Orders:
To add an item to your shopping basket, click on the “Buy” icon attached to the image of the product you are viewing. You will be invited to continue to browse after adding products to your basket. Once your cart is the way you want it, follow the easy checkout instructions to place your order. Our checkout area calculates tax and shipping charges based upon delivery location. All orders will be confirmed by email.
Payment:
Prices are in Canadian funds. The method of payment is Visa. Credit card information is not retained in our system. U.S customers will see the benefit of the U.S/Canada exchange rate on their credit card statement.
United States Customers:
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable duty and clearance charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Shipping:
Warm Weather Shipping is now in effect until Sept.30:
During warm weather we ensure our products arrive at their final destination in the same fresh condition they leave Calgary, Alberta, Canada by using quick delivery, special insulated boxes and frozen gel packs. When shipping in warm weather, we recommend delivery to your place of business rather than have Canada Post or UPS leave the package at your front door while you are at work. We cannot be responsible for heat spoilage.
During cooler weather from October 1st to May 1st, we ship economically throughout North American with regular Canada Post Ground.
