Thank you for shopping at Coppeneur's online web store. Our policies are listed below for your convenience. If you have any questions that are not covered under the headings below, please contact us.

Placing Orders:
To add an item to your shopping basket, click on the “Buy” icon attached to the image of the product you are viewing. You will be invited to continue to browse after adding products to your basket. Once you are ready to checkout, click the “view cart” button at the top of every page. You’ll be able to view the contents of your shopping basket and change the quantity or delete items. Once your cart is the way you want it, follow the easy checkout instructions (below your cart) and your order will be placed. Our checkout area will calculate tax and shipping charges based upon delivery location. All orders will be confirmed by email.

Payment:
We accept Visa only. All prices are in Canadian funds. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Your credit card information is not retained in our system.

United States Customs:
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable duty and clearance charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping: 
Cool weather shipping is now in effect until May 1, 2010. During cooler weather, from October 1 through May 1st, we ship economically with Canada Post Ground. During warm/hot weather, from May 1 through September 31, we ensure our products arrive at their final destination in the same fresh condition they leave Calgary by using high-tech insulated packaging, frozen gel-packs and express UPS sent on a Monday or Tuesday.

No-Hassel Returns: We refund your order and pay the return shipping cost if you're not happy.

When shipping in warm weather, we recommend delivery to your place of business rather than have UPS leave the package at your front door while you are at work. We will not be responsible for spoilage if recipient is not available to receive the package.

We will send you an email notification containing the Canada Post or UPS tracking number when your package ships from Calgary, Alberta. For tracking Canada Post shipments in Canada and into the U.S. click here. You can track the status of your UPS shipment at UPS.com.
